AD & Coach FAQ
Do you accept school purchase orders?
Yes. We issue formal invoices and accept purchase orders from school districts. No personal credit cards required. If your district has a specific vendor onboarding process, reach out and we'll walk through it together.
What's the minimum order size for a team?
Custom sublimated jerseys require a minimum of 8 pieces per order. For practice tees, spirit wear, and fan apparel using DTF printing, there is no minimum — you can order as few as one piece.
Can we order for multiple sports under one purchase order?
Yes. If your school is ordering uniforms for two or more sports in the same season, we can consolidate into a single invoice. This simplifies your procurement process and can unlock better pricing on volume orders.
How far out do we need to order for fall sports?
For fall sports starting in August or September, we recommend reaching out in late June or early July at the latest. Our 2–3 week production window means orders placed in mid-July can still arrive before opening day — but earlier is always safer.
Can parents buy spirit wear without going through the school?
Yes — that's exactly what our school store is designed for. We build a branded online storefront for your school where parents browse, choose their items, pay directly, and receive delivery at home. Zero involvement from the school or booster club required after you share the link.
Can we use our school logo on the jerseys?
Yes. Send us your logo file as a high-resolution PNG or vector file, and we'll incorporate it exactly where you want it. If your logo file needs cleanup or recreation, we can help with that at no extra charge.
Can you do JV and varsity in the same order?
Absolutely. We regularly handle orders that include JV and varsity sizes, youth and adult sizing, and player + coach gear all together. Send us your full roster and we'll size out every piece correctly.
What if I need jerseys for multiple sports throughout the year?
We're set up to be your year-round vendor. Fall sports in August, winter sports in November, spring sports in February — reach out at the start of each season and we'll get your teams outfitted. Programs that work with us for multiple seasons get priority turnaround and consistent pricing.
