Print On Anything. Look Incredible.
DTF (Direct to Film) is a transfer printing method that works on virtually any fabric — cotton, polyester, nylon, blends, and more. Your design is printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, and cured before being heat-pressed onto the garment.
The result is a high-definition, full-color transfer with sharp edges and incredible detail. Unlike traditional heat transfers, DTF holds up wash after wash without cracking or fading.
DTF is our go-to method for fan tees, hoodies, cotton gear, and custom apparel where sublimation isn't an option.

The Process
How DTF Printing Works
Design
Your artwork is prepared digitally in full color. No color limitations — gradients, photos, fine detail all print exactly as designed.
Print on Film
The design is printed onto a clear PET film using special DTF inks. A white underbase is printed first so colors pop on any fabric color.
Powder & Cure
Hot-melt adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink. The film is then cured in an oven, bonding the powder to the ink layer.
Heat Press
The cured film is pressed onto your garment with heat. The transfer adheres firmly. Peel away the film and the design is done.
